Pretty vintage belt by La Regale made up of clear glass beads embroidered over a silver metallic patterned fabric and a white satin backing. The front has bezel set "stones"- they LOOK like gemstones, but I am not sure. It closes with velcro. Fancy!

The vintage belt is 2 1/2 " wide and fits a 25" waist best.  Excellent condition, still has its new tags on it.
